WASHINGTON (Reuters) - A U.S. judge on Thursday ruled in favor of congressional Republicans who challenged the Obama administration's implementation of President Barack Obama's healthcare law. Washington-based U.S. District Judge Rosemary Collyer, appointed by Republican former President George W. Bush, ruled that the administration, in implementing the law known as Obamacare, cannot spend funds that Congress did not appropriate. The ruling will not have an immediate effect on the 2010 law because the judge stayed the ruling pending appeal. Maybe that 4:4 split will be useful... |

I doubt that, I just had to fill a bunch of paperwork out for the wife. The place she works for has to reschedule payday to conform with some BS law in the ACA. She normally was paid on the 15th and the 30th, now she will be paid every 2 weeks, something about the company saving money by rescheduling payday and the ACA. |

Quoted: Shhhh, that might be insulting to some here. Quoted: Quoted: It was designed to fail from the beginning. It will fail and gov't funded single payer will swoop in to save the day. Even Trump wants single payer. Shhhh, that might be insulting to some here. Then we get to complete with the other shell game commie countries, who have a similar single payer plan. |
