It's been a long, long time since I've done a dinner pic. Hope everyone enjoys .
Risotto stuffed pork chops with mashed and broccoli . Starting up with some boneless pork loin 
Set in a marinade of oil, garlic , soy, and brown sugar 
Wine 
Mushrooms , yellow peppers , shallots , garlic 
Yukon gold started up 
If anyone has ever cooked risotto, you will know, it takes forever . 
With all of the vegetables , butter, and chives 
Chops stuffed with risotto 
And fried up in butter 
Finished in the oven 
And final product

Dinner pics take time, are a pain in the ass, and I appreciate the effort.
Nothing sucks like putting in the work to capture the finer points of cooking and protecting a decent meal, just to have people ignore the end result. You have meat, guns, and some decent wine....10/10 |
