Is the person that gets a tattoo more prone to low morality, poor decision making, and criminality?

Or

Does the tattoo itself cause low morality, poor decision making, and criminality?

Which came first, the diseased chicken or the rotten egg?

Need some big federal grants to study it.  Hopefully President Hillary Clinton will be interested in a bold new War on Inkies under her administration.

Tattoos give a +1 to charisma but a -1 to intelligence.

I like the high intelligence for more experience points and use fashion glasses and a formal hat for +2 on charisma rather that tats.

The closer the tattoo to the head, face, and neck will give a higher dosage of felony causing ink to enter the brain.

What about a nerd with tattoos?

At least the inky gets laid... I'd rather have herpes then die a virgin.

Edit now that I thought about it Id rather be a nerd. Most nerds have money. Chicks will sleep with you if you have money.

I have noticed that a lot of Sanders supporters have tattoos, so Hillary might not be favorably inclined towards them.

This is an interesting topic.

I suspect that tattoos are a popular way for someone to get something that nobody else in their trailer park can steal from them.

By George that sounds like a testable hypothesis!

I suggest a clinical trial.  We get a bunch of normal people.  Of course, we'll have to screen them for any obvious inky tendencies.  Probably want to do a background check for any criminal history or poor credit ratings.

We divide them into two cohorts, a control group that gets placebo and a test group.  In the test group we subcutaneously inject tattoo ink in the neck and then observe the resultant behavior.

Somebody should write a grant application on this.

They're all as bad

Anyone who purchased a mini van clearly makes bad life choices, so they're equal to tattooed people using your logic.

I'll quote as many facts for what you said as for what I said. It's all bullshit.  Show me some data and I'll listen. I've arrested a lot of people that are tattoo free. And I've met office workers and management who have tattoos.

Interesting idea.  So these untattooed people that he's arresting are really latent inkies.

I think you may be on to something there.

Steve down at the trailer park was tired of all his brothers trying to steal his sisters virginity.

The only logical thing to do was take it himself so they couldn't get it.

I've always figured it was cheap therapy (better to get some ink for therapy instead of the alternative) , and pretty good PR (public relations).  Others have fair warning of what they getting  (possible damaged  goods, or a really really friendly amiable person) , still others know that they may be dealing with a trained  or ready killer (i.e. Ranger banner, USMC member, Motorcycle Club, etc.). It's their body, why should I care what they've done to it as long as it doesn't affect or harm me?

This may not be a bad thing, one would think that a primitive would be less susceptible to the permutations of Social Justice, Social Democracies, enforced Tyranny, and oppression.

I don't know.  The Russians were pretty primitive in 1917 and they gave us Bolshevism.  Sort of the Hepatitis C of political philosophies.

People that have face or neck tattoos are more likely to be dirtbags. People with really shitty tattoos are more likely to be as well.

People that do their research, find a good artist etc...tattoos probably don't say anything in particular about them.

Check in with your state department of corrections.  Maybe they can go ahead and issue you an inmate number.

Why wait till the last minute?

I don't think either of the OP's premises apply.

The tooth to tattoo ratio may be a little more valid, as would be how many grams of foreign metal does the person have mounted into their face and ears.
