Unless verified by phone, anything listed on backorderplanet should be seen as: "In theory we can get this for you, provided enough other people order the same thing within the next year or two to make a bulk wholesale order from our suppliers economically feasible" |
| Used them recently for an order because they had a really good price and the person said they indeed had the item in stock. The whole order was still FUBAR'd. In the end, the savings wasn't worth the headache. Of the several times I've ordered from them, I've never had a positive experience. |
| I've had good luck with items that were actually in stock. They shipped fast and complete. However their system is not real time. I waited three months for an item that was "in stock" before I finally cancelled the order. Good thing is my card was never charged so it wasn't a biggie, except I really needed what I ordered and it's bullshit their system misrepresents their stock. |

"In stock" can be questionable with them.
Listing an exact number in stock is usually accurate....but its not "real time" since there's a delay Calling an order in is always the best move with them in most cases I've had minor issues but they always get resolved. I've had minor issues with many online vendors and not all get resolved. So OP is at least par for the course. Grey Ghost Gear is currently ducking me regarding an order issue, so lookout for a thread ranting on them
