3 times now, the "service help desk" has called me to tell me my computer is notifying them of application errors. They continue to attempt to help me, but my computer skills seem to be lacking at those particular moments.
1st guy I asked if it was becasue of the porn by brother "Billy" is watching, he is supposed to be a good christian boy. After about 15 minutes, they hung up. 2nd guy tried to get me to run iexplore.exe "insert IP address here" but I was unable to somehow find the right keys to press before he hung up on me. Last night, I get yet another call, this time from Microsoft. My computer skills are so bad, I was transferred to 3 different people. I told him this was the 3rd call I have gotten recently. I confessed to him I was watching the movies my wife gets mad about, but I have escalated the themes to goats now. He was a bit surprised, and shortly after, hung up on me. How are you guys able to get assistance without the "help desk" hanging up on you? FYI, yes I know its a scam. My wife thinks its childish to keep them on the phone and that I should just hang up, but I enjoy seeing how long I can keep them on the phone. This is also a "PSA" for those who may believe the guy on the other end of the phone is there to help them. |
