I need to update and make a few changes to my revocable living trust. I originally set it up myself using quicken and have always thought I should have it legally checked/amended.
I was looking at www . myguntrust . com and like the appearance of what they offer. Anyone use them? Thoughts? |

The first trust I had prepared wwas screwed up. The lawyer didn't set it up the way I asked, said it couldn't be done that way, and if the ATF called his office, he billed 2 grand wheb he answered the phone, and billed 500 an hour.
I ripped it up, and had NFA Lawyers do me a good one. I went to the forum where he had been recomended to post about his shit. His office had been raided by tthe state and he has been disberred! Posted Via AR15.Com Mobile |

| Are revocable trusts still a good idea or necessity to have? All of the talk recently with new EO's the jug eared fuck signed was that a trust wasn't going to be of much use. I have one drawn up and ready to go. As a matter of fact I'd like to get it going before the new mandate goes into effect. Sorry. Don't want to hijack the thread. But it seemed to be in line with my question. If necesarry I'll start a new thread. |
