Is boneless or bone better?

I like butts.

I don't like women with bony butts. So there is that.

As far as the food goes? I have no idea. I do like butts. So there is that.

Bone-in is less adulterated and more true to the pig from whence it came. Bone-in beef and pork FTW, but I do abide by boneless chicken with buffalo sauce.

I always get the bone in, just because it makes it easy to tell when it's done.

I always buy mine bone in if I'm smoking it, boneless if I'm going to grind it up for sausage.

I love those pork butts.

Last week Fry's Food had a sale going on them for 99 cents a pound - I bought three eleven pound bone in for the deep freezer!
