Hey, what happens to bullets in a fire? I know that they will "go off" but are they lethal or as lethal like the were fired from a gun?

I wouldnt want to be standing in front of one...
But the will not have the same velocity/accuracy as a bullet fired form a gun.

i remember this topic discussed a few months, maybe a year ago and some people posted some sources that were indeed very informative. but it all boils down to the bullets being relatively harmless.

Pieces of the case will probably be more dangerous than the bullet itself. If any peices come apart. The case will rupture and make a loud bang. But will not propel the bullet because there is not a chamber to keep everything together

I agree, Ive done it before, they just go pop, nothing spectacular, sometimes there is a little shrapnel from the casing, but not much.
