Wife bought a iphone 6. It won't let her access the app store. When she types in here user name and password, it asks for a verification code. She has the verification code sent to her phone, then it tells her the verification code is wrong. Any ideas?

My roommate had the same problem. I think it ended up being a bad username or password. I think we ended up resetting the Apple ID on a laptop, through apple's website, then he actually wrote it down and entered it into his phone correctly.

Thanks. I ended up turning off the Apple double security feature and now it works. Stupid Apple...
