Not sure what the policy on rants are so I won't say the company name. So last August I picked up a $500 gift certificate from a prize table. I called the company and ordered the one I wanted. I also ordered another item with a second certifacate that I had. I called a week later and was told that the second item was out of stock and would be several weeks out. I asked to separate the orders which which he did.
Fast forward a a couple of weeks and a e-mail to the company was answered with " that item is our best seller and we are behind in manufacturing ". The web site states expect 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. Working in the industry I had the owners cell phone number. At about week 8 I called and left a message and I called and left a message every day for 3 days with no response. Fast forward to 10 weeks called the company and was told that my name and order where in the system and it would not be long. At 12 weeks ( this week ) I tried calling the company again and left a message on mon,tue,wed with no response. If my boss treated customers like this he would be out of business in short order. I really appreciate the company's that support the sport but if I ever pick up another certifacate from this company it's going up for sale at a good price and I will buy something from another company. There now I feel better. |

Hey give me a break I have never posted a rant before ( rant virgin ). The company is AP Customs and like I said if I ever get another certificate its going up for sale cheap. The sad thing is that Troy has a new carbon fiber forearm coming that looks nicer than the AP customs.
