My Hardie Plank siding was installed incorrectly. Supposed to be a ~2 inch flashed area between siding and shingles/ground/concrete.
Hardie Plank wicks moisture and then rots. Incorrect installation voids warranty. FU shitty contractors and BRUNSCO POS building inspector for passing shoddy work. Required to pay for building permits, and so called "building inspector" does not know how the fuck to build per specifications. My house was inherited... if only I could have been here during construction. And oh yeah, the Shrimp boats running big diesel engines from 2-4 am can sink and die in hell
