I mainly clarify it and use it to cook over heat with instead of olive oil.

ETA: Id rather jerk off dry than use margarine

Ate margarine as a kid, so getting to eat real butter was a rare treat.  I buy nothing but real butter, now...either LOL or Tillamook, whichever is on sale, though not opposed to generic.

Johnny don't eat margarine, either.

Breast milk butter   it's like 200-300  dollars a pound depending on what time of year,   plus   express next day air shipping in a dry ice  cold pack 60-100 bucks   depending what zip code.

You  will never want another butter again

Cheap, comes in tubs, spreads easily right out of the fridge.

Kirkland butter is damn good.  I gotta say though that I'm tempted to buy the Kerrygold there too.  It's cheaper per pound than Safeway's LoL.

The Kerrygold is so tasty because it has more salt in it than regular salted butter.

Butter has almost no lactose. Try ghee. Most supermarkets have it,  and it is lactose free.

I quit buying "margarine" many years ago.

I grew up being told "butter is bad for you", but around 2002, I finally decided, "Fuck that! It tastes better, cooks better, and I like it."

Real butter, of course.
