I mainly clarify it and use it to cook over heat with instead of olive oil.

ETA: Id rather jerk off dry than use margarine

Ate margarine as a kid, so getting to eat real butter was a rare treat. I buy nothing but real butter, now...either LOL or Tillamook, whichever is on sale, though not opposed to generic.

Johnny don't eat margarine, either.

Breast milk butter it's like 200-300 dollars a pound depending on what time of year, plus express next day air shipping in a dry ice cold pack 60-100 bucks depending what zip code.

You will never want another butter again

Butter has almost no lactose. Try ghee. Most supermarkets have it, and it is lactose free.

I grew up being told "butter is bad for you", but around 2002, I finally decided, "Fuck that! It tastes better, cooks better, and I like it."
