I know it's not the best place to ask but I like to get peoples opinions. My wife and I are purchasing our first home and we have been asked how we would like to title. It is a HUD home and we only have a limited amount of time to complete and sign the purchase agreement. Options I am considering are: Married Couple Joint tenants with right of survivorship Living Trust Any advise from others that have been through the process? |
