As I give thanks for a perfectly cooked prime ribeye, a side of Japanese seaweed salad, a big straight Laphroaig Quarter Cask - and some Allman Brother Statesboro Blues for musical ambiance...it occurs to me that life is pretty Jim-Damned-Dandy!
