Guinness should be served around 40ºF. Not barely above freezing - and judging from the deformation of the can, it was on the other side of freezing. Quoted:

The only redeeming factor is the Guinness! Guinness should be served around 40ºF. Not barely above freezing - and judging from the deformation of the can, it was on the other side of freezing. The lip of the can was damaged at some point. This causes the deformation. The spiced tomato soup with beans and ground beef is a confusing combination, but the Guinness Draught looks solid. |

The can was the last in a 4 or an 8 pack. Last cuz the can was fucked up. Actually had to use the knife from the pic to open it. Not frozen, or bulged cuz it froze. By the time the set up was complete and everything laid out, the Guinness had warmed up slightly to be a perfect addition to the meal. Chili was delicious. |

You gonna get raped. It would appear so. Dont care. Was a great meal. With all my health issues the past three months, this was actually one of the first times to get out of the house, shop a bit today, and make something that everyone agreed on. It was the beginning of what will hopefully be a great end of the year. |

I prefer my Jack cold. The Jameson and the Maker's Mark are in the pantry in the dark. Those are for non meal occasions. Quoted:

I thought only poor college kids put their cheap booze in the freezer. I prefer my Jack cold. The Jameson and the Maker's Mark are in the pantry in the dark. Those are for non meal occasions. Good enough reason for me. Drink up. |

Looks good and tasty! I cant give a score, and I would eat it! But......THAT IS NOT CHILI! It was damn good. Perfect way to start our on coming cooling temps. Cant wait for the month to get under way. Cooling temps? Are you high? You live in AZ.....is cooling temp 92f cool for you? lol! I really want to make some "real chili", or even the bean laden soup, but damn it is still in the high 70's to low 80's where I live and the time is not ready! ETA: Vacaduck know the proper way to Chili! |

Really ? I'd eat it. With booze I'd be all like "This rocks" But to post it here, expecting acceptance and admiration...... Just no ! Are you just looking for attention ? I can see that. Hell, I could do that too, and better ! I could make Mac and cheese from a box with a couple of cut-up hot dogs, grated parm and two of my GF's used tampons for color... |
