I saw multiple instances of the clowns chasing somebody while carrying a meat hook or axe or hammer. That'd be reasonable fear of imminent death or serious bodily injury in any state.
I suspect most of the "victims" are just as much actors as the clowns. If not, I'm surprised nobody has shot one yet. |
