Why the Hell can't Net10 perform the simplest of tasks? Last night I tried to get them to change my wife's account so it would be paid from my credit card. Today they happily informed her that MY phone number was now enrolled in the Auto Refill program-- exactly as it had been before! There was NO mention of her phone number at all!
Where do they get these idiots? Do they train them to have foreign accents so that they cannot be understood on the phone? Do they train them to be totally incompetent? Does anyone know how to bypass these idiots so that I can contact a real supervisor to get this situation resolved? |

I started this thread at about the time I started a chat with someone at Net10, at 4:55 PM. IT's now 5:46 pm, almost an hour later, and all the jackass at the other end could help me with was to say "You must call the phone number you called yesterday, yada yada."
This company (and the entire industry) is ripe for a class action. eta In other words, the time I spent on chat was totally wasted. Assholes. |
