I had a co-worker do the same exact thing about 10 years ago.

He sent, to a clients site,a dildo that he claimed was a "gag" gift for his friends bachelor party and he did not want his wife to find out.

The client opened up the box and was all WTF.

Long story short my manager had to jump on a plane to the northeast and fire his ass ASAP.
