Seems there’s a lot of gamers around here. I race a Spec racer ford with SCCA and would like some more track familiarity before getting to the tracks. I’m a little confused on the wheel options out there. The forums and info I have found online seriously geek out with details that are over my head.
Logitech options are G27 or G29. G29 is newer but has no shifter so I will have to upgrade. The G29 wheel is the same as the one I run in my SRF. Thrustmaster options are the T300rs or T500rs. The T300rs has no clutch so I will have to upgrade. Thrustmaster’s belt system seems to be preferred by many. I have a Macbook pro. Looks like I will have to run boot camp to get all this to work correctly. Any advise? Thanks in advance. |
