It's a 3-9x40 EFR
No issues, I've only sighted it in.

Something from the Weaver mid-proceed lines. Cheap, light, and clear enough for .22lr ranges.

I have the BSA sweet series scopes on several different rimfires.
They have all done very well

It's usually some variation of the Leupold VX-2 with Adjustable Objective and Long Range Reticle.  In this case, the Mark AR 4-12 Mil Dot:

I have these on 3 of my 10/22s. A 3-9x42 and 2 fixed 4 powers. The clarity is great and they have never lost zero.

Nikon makes good glass for the money.

I have a p223 on my 6920, and it gets used and abused, and it holds its zero very well.

Parallax...

Generally lower power scopes (that have a power range you would use for rimfire) have a fixed parallax set to 100 or 150 yards.  You generally don't see adjustable parallax scopes until you get over 10x

Rimfire scopes have a fixed parallax at set to 50 or 60 yards.

Or have an adjustable parallax.

And rim fire scopes are generally cheaper to boot.

EFR Pro Staff....darn good scope and, in my experience, excellent on spring driven airguns, also!

Rimfire-specific optics usually are either focused for 50 yards, or focus adjustable to even close than that

Non-adjustable centerfire optics are usually focused much further out, or may not adjust far enough in for 'precision' rimfire work

That said, I'd recommend something AO (adjustable objective) or side focus

Edit:  looks like this has already been covered, oops

In the $100-$250 range:
Nikon EFR (my dad has one on his Anschutz; a fine scope and the best deal around)
Weaver RV9
Clearidge RM (a rebadged Weaver RV9 with finger adjustable turrets). I have one of these on my Anschutz.

I've also used AO Vortex low end scopes with success. ( I have a cheap Crossfire 4-12x AO on my 10/22 and it's been great).

AO on a 22lr rimfire scope basically lets you shoot at very high magnification at close ranges, while maintaining a very sharp focus and minimizing parallax error caused by a bad cheek weld.

I bought a .22WMR Biathlon rifle and put a Bushnell 223 on it.  It's extremely accurate, but I'd like to find an affordable .22WMR scope and put the 223 Bushnell on one of my AR's.....

I got mine from Walmart...3x9x40...for $40, then $8 for rings to fit my rail.  Sighted it in at 50 yrds and its dead on.  I usually have it on 6/7 power, when I'm hunting.

Nikon PROSTAFF 3-9 Target EFR is a great rimfire scope. I have it on one airrifle and 2 22's. Going to get 1 more for a .17 HMR.
The Target EFR has the below features in case you were wondering?
Fully multicoated lenses
Zero-Reset Turrets
Precise 1/4 inch @ 50 yds Adjustments
Quick Focus Eyepiece
Adjustable Objective Lense dials out parallax from 10m to infinity
Large Ocular with Quick Focus Eyepiece
Waterproof/Fogproof/Shockproof
