I have a shoe box full somewhere..
Tried to get one from everywhere and everyone I've interacted with. Yet I throw them in a box and don't look at them again. I guess when I'm an old fuck sitting around doing nothing, I can open it up and show the gran chillen.

One of my better coins, probably not too many of these out there. Got a pic with the General and shake his hand. It was a shame when Rumsfeld fucked him over. http://i.imgur.com/9h4DeGwm.jpg?1 http://i.imgur.com/FBunE71m.jpg?1 I have his coin from when he was the Vice CJCS, it's dog tag shaped. |

Hence some of the other coins. Time for some Hellfish school-- When you say "3rd Infantry" or "1st Marines" or "7th Cavalry" without a unit size specifier attached, you are not referring to the division, you are referring to the regiment. 1st Marines is the 1st Marine Regiment not the 1stMarDiv. It is common practice to say 3rd ID (third eye dee) for short when referring to the Third Infantry Division, but the Third Infantry is the "Old Guard" in DC, not the Rock of the Marne division. |
