Whats the best way to ship out parts, the are 2 x 2 x 5/8 very little weight. possibly shipping 1-3 at a time. Just go with a flat rate box from USPS, or buy padded envelopes my self then ship them with $50 insurance.

UPS, FEDEX, USPS all have online shipping cost calculators.

I'd try those first.

My choices in order of preference are:

UPS

FEDEX

Just shipping a 6*10 padded will be close to $6 better off using the 5.90 flat rate box it looks like.

A box has a better chance of surviving, and I know UPS has a default $100 insurance on any package. USPS has some as well, might be $50.

I'm currently learning UPS and FedEx   small parcel shipping at work.
