Not sure where to put this question so I'll ask here...I filed for my SBR Tax stamp form one two days ago and I clicked on save via ATF eFile website and it took to me back to the main screen and nothing shows under saved forms where you can track it. I called the NFA number and spoked to a lady over the phone she acted like she didn't know what I was talking and basically told me to send a message via Ask the ATF experts via ATF eFile website and I did I received a message back saying ''they don't know what happen to it'' and to deal with NFA again and I responded back to the guy who wrote me from the ATF can you guys and ladies look in to I would like to track my form to see what all happens with it I haven't heard back from them since this past Thursday. Has anyone else had a issue with this? I wonder if it's a gltch in their system since yesterday I wasn't able to login kept saying error in Java try again later. I checked again few minutes ago I was able to login and still my form one isn't there. Just wondering that is all. |

If you haven't paid, oh well that sucks. Start over. If you have paid, check your email for a receipt if you chose to send one. Gather the below info and send it off to Ask the experts. Application Name: ATF Form 1 Pay.gov Tracking ID: Agency Tracking ID: Transaction Type: Sale Transaction Date: Account Holder Name: xxx Transaction Amount: $200.00 Billing Address: xxx City: xx State/Province: xx Zip/Postal Code: xxxxx Country: USA Card Type: Card Number: |

You have to severely lower your expectations and assume incompetence. |

The eFile system is glitchy and you have to allow it to complete it's processes w/o jumping back/forward/restarting it. Some of the processes like uploading your trust and paying take an inordinate amount of time. The site pretty much steps you through it if you let it. |

Yeah the form is gone, welcome to efiling.
It has happened on a few forms that I constantly get booted to the home page. Just a shitty website. Keep trying, go slow and hit save when you can. Usually after uploading your trust/ going to the payment page is where it likes to crash. Oh and FTBATFE |
