I would like to ask everyone to take a look at the first 2 or 3 pages before you post anything about the war or related topics to make sure there isn't a thread already on the go about it.
The site is going to be very busy over the next while and bandwidth will be at a premium. If clone threads appear the Mods will pick the original or busiest thread and lock the rest. This is necessary to keep things running as fast as possible.
Thanks for your anticipated cooperation.

My apologies for my multiple posts. It seems that when the GD went bonkers earlier, and I tried to post, I kept getting sent back to a blank screen, and every time I hit the back button, it was posting again. Unfortunatly I couldnt get in to see that and delete them.

Here is a suggestion...
could we just have ONE thread titled Breaking war news or similar And have it pinned to the top. simply have everyone post all of thier war news thier and it makes it easy for people like myself to look for news instead of thumbing threw a new thread every time somthing is annonced?
Kinda similar to the original 9/11 thread.
thanks

It should prolly get its own forum, albeit temporarily (if it's possible).

BTW, how can one download emoticons?  Like, say, the one above?

Just right click on the actual picture, save it to your hard drive, then upload it to your photo server and link it. I'll try it but I'm on a school computer so it might not work.

Sorry it's not working, probably the school firewall, but you should just be able to host in on your photo server after you just right click and save it as a .gif on your HDD, then upload and post it, I assume you know how to post normal pictures.

We can always set up free forums like Yahoo! to discuss off topics. But with the amount of posters we have, I doubt it would be up due to bandwidth allotments.
