You might be lucky enough to grow old some day too. Revolver? I'll carry the pistol I choose. Revolvers are fucking huge and don't carry shit for ammo. Thanks, if that's OK with you, I'll carry my glock and continue to use the edge of the table if I need to rack it |

I just. Why? Old happens. Also, a number of females, mostly older, only have the contact strength for 1 or 2 slide racks during a range session before their form starts to become a safety issue. So, just use revolvers, right? But the DA pull on a revolver can be nearly impossible for some women. A goofy product, sure, but some people could use something like this. |

Simply making a point that if someone needs to carry an additional piece of equipment just to chamber a round, then there may be better options. |

I'm pretty sure "the safest way to rack your pistols" is to just use the slide serrations. Can't work up the strength to operate your pistol? Maybe look into another type of pistol. C'mon...
(I understand there are people out there with degenerative muscular diseases and this isn't intended as a knock to those individuals.) |

I can see the value for older folks or people with other physical issues in using this during extended range sessions. The trigger pull on a Ruger LCR is smooth and relatively light. And sure, you can always use the sights to rack the slide on a table, etc...but then what happens when you have a malfunction? Just food for thought. |

horrible trigger discipline at the end of the vid. |

My mother for instance is one of those people. She is a truck driver that has bad knees and a bad back from driving the truck but you probably do not care about that case either. Oh well I am not one of those people I am 6'4" 245lbs and I exercise every day. I would love to see you say something like to my mother in front of me. Probably never happen though you are probably just an internet tough guy. I doubt very seriously you would say that to someones face. Just my thought. What do you think. Oh I am sorry you probably do not have a brain. I on the other hand will be happy to buy you a plane ticket to come here and see if you have the nerve to say that to someone I know. |

You might be lucky enough to grow old some day too. Revolver? A lot of older people, especially women, struggle with working a slide. This leads them to revolvers. This product looks like a great aid for people with arthritis or weak hand strength, who want to shoot pistols. |

But, people are cheap for the worst reasons, and they'll buy a gun that might not be the best thing for them - this product is a [searching for the right adjective] workaround. |
| I don't know, there is a small lady in my office that never had a gun. She came to me to help her get her ccw. She got a gun, trained on her gun amd got her ccw. We went to the range several times and she got to be a good shot, but she still has a difficult time racking the slide on her pistol. This makes ght be just the thing she needs. |

Not bad at all. |

(I understand there are people out there with degenerative muscular diseases and this isn't intended as a knock to those individuals.) I have one of those degenerative diseases and have no problems racking a slide. Constant practice and hand exercises has allowed me to keep at it. I figure if my hands get too weak, I'll switch to a revolver. |

Just to be 100% clear, I never this to be a slight to anyone with a disability or medical condition. So apologies if it came off that way, clearly it was said in jest. That said, I stand by my previous comments that someone who has that tough of a time racking an auto might be better served with a revolver, at least for defensive purposes. My female cousin who's in good health bought a Glock 26 for self-defense. After one trip to the range, she determine that racking the slide was just too hard, so she traded it in on an LCR. I think it was a good decision. |

So very true.
