That's probably a felony too, illegally recording her without her consent. Probably depends heavily on local laws. I know around here, audio recordings only need one person to consent. Not sure how that applies to video or audio in a bedroom. But either way, I'd rather get hit with that instead of rape. Probably would get a light punishment given the circumstances. |
