I remember one of the "tactical" shoots with the Mid MO group from a dozen years or so ago. One of the guys used a K98 with a bayonet. Once empty he bayonetted two of the targets. It was a GOOD time. 
Of course, everyone laughed at me due to my lack of tactical equipment kit(?), but that's okay.
