i have one for a few days a long time ago that came in the house.

they keep it bug free!

he was a cool little pet, but i know they eat a lot at night so i felt obligated to let him go as he wasn't getting his proper diet inside an apartment.

We have a few bat houses around the property to give the little fellas a home.Every once in awhile we get one in the house,I have a strict catch and release policy for them.
I usually play with them before I let them go though.

Mom had a story of a bat that got into the house. Dad kept swinging at it with a stick till it disappeared. Looked high and low, could NOT find the little bugger.

Turns out the bat was stuck on a nail on the end of the stick. Dad didn't find it till Mom saw it and screamed. Poor little guy was just flapping his wings, stuck on the nail.
