First sound of the movie is the missile lock tone from top gun. They couldn't find something newer sounding?

Am I the only one who thought the audio mix was fucking with me?
Keep turning it up and turning it up to hear mumbles and the whisper actors deliver their lines then BWWWAAAAAAAANNNNNNN LOOOOOOOUUUUDDD FOR NO REEEEAAAASSSON! Turn it down! Turn it down! The pictures are rattling off the walls! |

Yes, same as most movies While I do agree with this, I found Whisperstellar to be extra bad in the audio department. Every single line Whispers McTrueDetective delivers is inaudible at normal volume settings. The man's voice has two volume levels in the movie: silent fart and pedowhisper. For example: True Detective: This is as loud as my voice goes. People think I'm a good actor because I whisper. TARS: WHAT? COMMAND NOT RECOGNISED! SETTING VOICE LOUDNESS TO 110%! Musical Cues: BWWWWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!! |

Am I the only one who thought the audio mix was fucking with me? Nope. The volume on my TV goes to 100. Even at max, I struggled to hear what they were saying. Then of course comes the 'exciting' parts, then you have to turn it down. Movie sucked anyway. |

I disliked it. I'm wondering how much of the movie utilized actual current theoretical physics and how much was made up by the writer. The ending was pretty good, but all I could really think of afterwards is something along the lines of "Honey, I shrunk the astronaut."
The marine robots were really creepy too. Reminded me of minecraft. |

I my neighbor complained about the noise...volume was seriously up and down during the movie. And OP....there is a Movie/Home Entertainment section in GD with an Interstellar thread... |
