Looking for a system/setup of Press 1 for x, Press 2 for y, etc.
I had thought Google Voice did this ..... |
| I've had good luck with http://www.Anveo.com . It lets you build rather complicated workflows. |

For business. Just 3 options for now that forward to another phone Main - 1 Phone1 ........ - 2 Phone 2 ........ - 3, goes to Phone 3 Cell phones in our case. I use Vonage Business, formerly Vocalocity. They had best price/feature for my needs (free unlimited eFax and free 800 service were the kickers). They can do what you want (i.e. extensions route right to cell phones). I have it set up so that my extension rings my cell phone and IP phone at the same time. I use Bria 3 softphone on my computer, which allows me to highlight phone number is documents/websites and dial them automatically by hitting <ctrl><shift><d>. We also have some Cisco 303's which work well. ETA I demo'ed 8x8 briefly, and they worked fine. I passed over RingCentral as I tested their fax service in the past and it would fail silently -- not sending or receiving faxes, and not giving the sender or myself any feed back that there was an issue. |
| Check here. I work more in the ACD/IVR design side of telecom so I can't really recommend one over another. |
| I would run from any big phone company. Go with a small company that will get it setup correctly, charge less and have real "english speaking americans" available to fix problems if they arise: https://gocentrix.com |
