Google builds indexes of web pages by crawling the Internet "reading" zillions of web pages.  It takes about six weeks or so to crawl the web so depending on what time period google built the index you will see posts from various users.

There are also archives of web pages out on the net also.

It found 4 posts listed for ColtShorty.
I typed in Goatboy & out of the first 10 of 20+ pages, only 1 link to ARFCOM! I wonder how he does it?? [:D]

Wow, I ran a fews nicks from here and found people's full names, personal web sites, and other sites traveled by them.

Typed my phone # in, thankfully I'm still unlisted, even on the net.

Spooky

Guys I have long given up on not being found....  try a search for "Quarterbore" and laugh as how anonymous I am....

http://www.google.com/search?q=Quarterbore&hl=en&lr=&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&safe=off&filter=0

I count 448 seperate links to places I have posted, sold things, or my own website!  Sad part is, the NSA probably has better systems then this!  Nothing on the net should be considered private!

Hehehe....I'm pretty anonymous. I typed in "Fruit of the Looms" and got back 1960 results!! And not a one of the first 12 pages refered to yours truely. It was all a certain brand of underware. I even went back several pages at a time for a sample and still got nothing but underware. [:D]

So I tried my old moniker "Jonnie G. Tyler." One result - "Do you mean 'Johnnie G. Tyler?'"

Now is that what I typed? Noooooo....ole' Jonnie slips in under the radar while Fruity hides in the clutter. [:D]

Unless you remove the clutter...  here is what you are known for from AR15.com...

I did notice that when you look in google, you can not pull up exactly what was posted...  It seems they only have the main pages indexed?
