Looks like metal stud wall with Dens-Shield, foam, and EIFS. No masonry or concrete involved in that one. Chicken wire reinforcing for the stucco coat. They build a lot of them like that here in the West. |

That stucco looks pretty thin There is a store in SoCal which had a drive through smash-n-grab. The landlord refused to allow the LGS owner to install bollards. |

I should have clarified with "of the ones that aren't built as a safe room" The bigger stores I've been in always appear to be cinder blocks or heavier. The strip mall stores that are just a cage front door/windows, always seem to pack it up. |
