Nitro taps are God's gift to any stout or porter.
It takes them to the next level of awesome. Guinness is my goto beer, but as far as stouts go there are so many better options. Great Divide Yeti Southern Tier Blackwater Series Oskar Blues Ten Fidy Goose Island Bourbon County Stone Imperial Russian Stout |

The proper use is to drink half a can, 1 shot of Baileys, and to look at a bottle of Jameson? |

Always ask for a Guinness proper. If the bartender looks at you funny, its already too late. If you are referring to a two part pour it is a myth. There was a time long ago when Guinness switched from wooden to metal casks that the "proper" 2 part pour was required and even marketed by Guinness, but it is not necessary with modern packaging. |

Try the Yeti first. Save the bourbon county for last. It will ruin your taste for everything else. It's that good. |

I just threw up a little in my mouth.
We have a local brewery that has an Irish Stout, IMO its better than Guinness. O'Conner's Dry Irish Stout. |

Be advised the beers on that list are all Imperial Stouts so you are looking at 8-10% abv. And all are light years better than Guinness. |
