| I was talking to someone and he mentioned if you buy more than 5 rifles or 2 pistols within a week, the FFL has to fill out a form and report it to the ATF immediately. Can anyone clarify this for me? They said the law had to do with preventing straw purchases. |

Quoted: What is the end result of this? Does the ATF call you up and ask why? are you flagged down the road? Or do they just want something on record so they can pull it out later and use it against you? I don't know, I've never actually done one. Most of my guys space out their handgun purchases. |
