| Been doing some super sets = 1 mile run, 8 sets of workout - x3.... This week started some C4. Noticed some bloating, burping, upset stomach issues around set 2 on the tread mill.... Overall I feel pretty different - hard to explain...not sure I like the stuff or not. Does it take time to get used to?? Never tried preworkout before. |

In a perfect world, we'd all eat regular, planned meals, get proper sleep at night, and hit the heavy lifts at the ideal energy peaks around 9AM and 3PM. In the real world where jobs and shit get in the way, the caffeine can help you get motivated to work out when it's 8PM, you're tired, and you just want to be a bum. Sometimes I'll hit a shot of espresso 10 minutes before a workout, and while it's probably completely mental, it does help. |
| You may be sensitive to creatine. It messes with a lot of people's digestion (even the newer, more tolerable forms). Also, you don't really get "used" to pres in a good way. You just build up a tolerance, they stop working, and you probably get adrenal fatigue. That is part of the reason they recommend cycling them. |

Lol we had a guy decide to try a double dose of it right before a PT test. Pushups and situps were great, but he got 1/4 mile into the run and started puking like an exorcism. It was glorious.
Don't do cardio with a pre-workout. On the other hand, I have been known to do a bump or two of C4 when the wife is feeling frisky. Good stuff |

I was doing 2 scoops of Assault in the afternoon/evening and 2 cups of coffee in the AM. This led...I think...to high blood pressure.
Since dropping coffee altogether and only 1 scoop of preworkout my blood pressure has gotten better. I alternate C4 and Shatter. I don't get the jittery tingliness anymore but with just 1 scoop it feels more natural. So. Just don't overdo it. |

C4 is not meant for longer cardio. At most I will sprint a mile prior to lifting while taking a preworkout, and even thats pushing a crash.
What I have found to work for cardio is optimum nutritions amino energy. No jitters, no crash, solid with just cardio sessions. |

If you really want to fuel up, eat a banana or something. Seriously. |
