Now that the Megapixel race is back on again...
Will the Diffraction Limit to Aperture eventually cause disagreeable depth of field limitations.

The new T6i will be limited to 5.9 vs the 6.8 of the T5i. Will there be a sensor solution that will one day restore the use of small apertures?

For an entry level Canon camera, that is the LAST thing you need to worry about... Good glass and everything else is fine.

Now if you were comparing pro level cameras then you may have something to pick numbers apart.

The T6i was just an example. The full frame cameras are going in that direction too.
