I know my ex wifes sister got her husbands texts from all the way back to whenever he got the plan.
Cost her some money to the provider and Im not sure which one it was at the time (2008 or 2009) but she got them.

someone about 6 months ago here said there's a stealth app you can download on the phone and pay a fee to the company (online) and see all the texts online and then it records all calls and uploads them to the net....

I think that's what someone said in the thread anyway...

Nope, I used to work for a cell company. You can only get record of times, dates and number sent to and from. That stuff should be online or your bill. A divorce lawyer might be able to get a subpoena them for you.

You'll have to contact the carrier. You may have to sign a form, have it notarized and zerox the back of the phone, and mail it all in to somewhere.

I had a screen die on a phone, and that is what they told me it would take to recover phone logs.
