Those braces don't do crap.

I've got a real Donjoy brace for a bad MCL. It works, but it's Mad Max style.

Compression wear works (to do what compression wear is supposed to do, keep muscles warm and from flopping around causing soreness).

Copper doesn't do jack shit.

Watching late night cable over the holidays there was 3 or 4 different "copper" compression garments. Flavor of the month in tv sales scams I guess.

A total waste of time thinking that copper is going to make you feel better. I just sleep in my crystal pyramid at night to recharge. That is the better investment.
