Saturday evening when a Mercedes-Benz SUV hit them both. The 45-year-old SUV driver got an unlicensed-driving ticket. |

I get the part that the driver shouldn't have been driving but it still doesn't make them negligent for the accident. Take for example, if the unlicensed driver was stopped at a stop sign and was rear ended by the car behind them. Yes, the driver should get a ticket for no license but they would not be responsible for the accident. So without all the details of what happened, it's hard to say if the driver did anything wrong. |

yeah, if its at night and they are jaywalking it shouldn't matter if its a shoe shiner or Justin Bieber. I'm not seeing where the survivor got ticketed for Jaywalking (another fine example of white privilege). |
