I'd say The Wolf's scenes.

Funny thing about the movie was I could never understand all the references to The Gimp. When I was growing up, AMC (we didn't have premium channels and I was never allowed to have the DVD) only showed the editted-for-content version, which showed the two guys wrestling in the pawn shop, and then Bruce Willis being told by Ving Rhames that they were cool, no basement, no info as to how the debt was settled (I assumed it was Tarantino being weird like with the briefcase contents). It wasn't until college that someone told me there was a basement scene and loaned me the DVD. Mind. Blown.
