| Mehh...bojangles isn't what I think of when I think of fried chicken, it's "spicy" chicken, neither is CFA fwiw, that's chicken sammiches and nuggets. For (fast food) fried chicken IMO it's Maryland fried chicken by leaps and bounds, the only other fried chicken that comes close is if you luck up and find a Hardee's that still serves fried chicken, but they are few and far between. |

Ate at the hate chicken place this evening. They have their tortilla soup back for a little while, had that with my grilled chicken. The new tortilla strips they serve are garbage, though, they have lime solids sprinkled on the chip strips making them taste awful and not worth putting in the soup.
For actual fried chicken, Bo knows chicken. And, when they're on their game, their biscuits are the best available. Anywhere. Popeye's isn't bad, I really like the cajun gravy there. The KFCs around here are hit-or-miss, mostly miss. |

Quoted: Sometimes you just need some chicken and biscuits... Umm... CFA has chicken and biscuits. ![]() Granted, their biscuits aren't the best around and I like their style of fried chicken better for lunch than for breakfast... but I honestly don't care for chicken of any kind for breakfast, breakfast time is primarily pig meat time IMHO. YMMV, as always.

Meh... the only biscuits I want beyond early morning are my wife's, with deer steak and gravy... and occasionally her version of Red Lobster's "Cheddar Bay biscuits (hers are better than theirs, no joke). Zero interest in fast food biscuits outside of that early morning window. And, again, YMMV. |

Chick Fil A is white people chicken. And not particularly good either. Dry as a popcorn fart and the servings are too small. Popeye's>Bojangles>CFA>roadkill>Church's>KFC I wouldn't go that far. I do think they are overpriced though, and when I think "fried chicken" I don't think about a chicken patty on a bun. But for a chicken sandwich, they are pretty good. |
