barbecued pheasant, rooster that I shot this afternoon. Time from field to table approximately 2 hours. BBQ sauce is just ketchup, mustard, Frank's red hot sauce and a little apple cider vinegar. Red potatoes and onions cooked in butter, wrapped in foil on the grill. Buffalo Trace Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey. oh, and a salad of spring mix greens and arugala with olive oil and vinegar dressing. (sorry, no bread)
