Not at all.

Their food is good. They ALWAYS have a clean, polite, friendly staff. That goes a long way in my book. Places are always clean and have clean bathrooms. One of the best fast food joints in my opinion.

Good food...relatively good compared to other fast food.

Fair prices.

Clean facilities.

Courteous, clean help. Not too many tats or facial piercings.

Boatloads of MILF customers.

What's not to like?

They don't MPI their drinking straws. I had a straw fail once. They are in the middle of the chart. They also don't stake their drink lids.

Their food is mediocre and the menu too limited, but the speed of service and friendliness of the staff is second to none in fast food.

They get your order right. They greet you, bring your food out to you, offer to get you extra sauces, napkins, etc. The manager comes around and checks on you to see if your food is good, order is correct, etc. and this is a fast food place.

They are underrated, if anything,

The food is good. It isn't great, but it compares favorable with other fast food chicken. Staff is always friendly, polite, well dressed and well groomed. That makes Chik Fil-A a lot more pleasant to visit than some.

Overrated imo. Was underwhelmed considering all the hype it gets. If there was a Wendy's and a Chick-Fil-A side by side, I might lean towards Wendy's.

Granted, I'll admit I have not had enough Chick-Fil-A to say definitively.
