Was it a punk move for Worf to kill Gowron, but then not take his place on the council?

Nah. Klingon Empire would never have stood to have Worf, who was raised by humans, to be in charge.

His Older brother Kern takes it if I'm not mistaken. Right?

Martok, when you think about it is a more logical choice. Hero, leader and House in very good standing within the Empire and very powerful.

Not sure what's going on here. But I wouldn't mind dieing from snu-snu from some of the Klingon women. They gots some nice yabos.
