Maybe I watch too many horror movies, but it was nothing special. Quite predictable if you watch any amount of horror movies, and most of the good jump scenes were already shown in the commercials.
My stepmom really wanted to see it, so I went with her. At the end, she apologized to dragging me to such a boring movie. |

I think it's main issue was how hyped it was, especially with it being linked to The Conjuring |

Seen it last week. Not my type of movie but the wife wanted to see it. It was my trade of for getting to see The Equalizer. It was alright. Predictable like others have said even though these aren't the type of movies I usually see.
One thing I will say... the demon was pretty damn creepy. |

Saw it a couple weeks ago. Yes, creepy. Any good? Sorry, should've been more helpful. I was invited to see it so I didn't pay, and under those circumstances it was OK but I wouldn't pay to see it. But YMMV, horror movies just aren't my thing. |
