This is the sandwich I make every night, to take to work in the morning. It consist of Pepperidge Farms sourdough bread lightly toasted, butter right out of the toaster, Dukes mayonnaise on one bread next, horseradish on the other bread. The mayo one then has sun dried tomatoes, julienne cut put on with Boars Head Jalepeno Monteray Jack laid on top and heated till it melts. The horseradish one then has four to five slices of Boars Head Top Round Pastrami, a few slices of Oscar Meyer Mesquite Smoked Turkey and Publix brand El Toro, El Viejo style Ham four to five slices also. It's gained a following at work, enough that I had make one for a co worker who was bragging about it to his wife. He offered to pay for it. Of course I won't charge him. |
