A week or two ago there was a thread about cooking rice, and the hive mind clearly agreed that rice cooked in a Zojirushi rice cooker is best rice. So or course, I ordered one off Amazon despite the fact that I don't cook rice very often. You guy's were right 
General Tso's chicken, and rice cooked in the fancy contraption I bought because of you jerks. KAC SR-15 CQB 11.5" and with some accessories. Sig X-Five Tactical w/ X300 ESEE Izula Cooking Chinese style food isn't my strong point and I think I get an auto -2 for pairing it with whiskey (hey, that's what I was drinkin  ) and lack of chop sticks. However, I had fun with it and it turned out great.
I'm impressed with the Zojirushi. Just pour rice and water in, and boom, 30 mins later I had restaurant quality jasmine rice ready to eat. |
