some of you may remember my old thread...http://www.ar15.com/archive/topic.html?b=1&f=5&t=1614195
same TV, but a different problem. We left it where it was, but it really needs to go(thing is, I rent his house so the link flows both ways, it affects me as well)...could use the sharper picture the other TV provides which is still in plastic wrapping problem is, the darn thing is too wide and thick! It looks like it was moved into the house before the door jambs were installed..FAWK. How are you supposed to move it when it wont fit between the door

Any windows big enough to throw it out of? Remove door from hinges? I've got two big ass tube TV's I need to dispose of, but we have no where to take the damned things now since trash collection won't pick them up. |

thing is...
the TV is still there. I can take the door off the hinges but the door jambs are what causing the problem--they wont allow the TV to fit.. No one ever tried to say, squeeze a new wash machine through a tight doorway? How did you do it? I am assuming ya'll are men and not |

Call a real man to take care of it and then go back in the basement and go back to playing WoW. |

Go find a man to help you with it - a man on each side makes the job easy. I got rid of a similar one a year back - 36" Sony - yes it was large, it fit through doors fine, yes it was heavy but I managed to carry it out to my truck by myself and I'm a 50 year old man.
