Hell yes. |

In an age of automatics, wheel guns will always be sexy. Its like Marilyn Monroe sexy, ageless I really kick myself in the arse for selling off some of my nice old revolvers when I got into semi autos. Needless to say, they are a tad more expensive then they used to be when you find nice examples. |

TOO short. Luckily the bullets fly out a fair distance. Really? I always thought the bullets tumbled out at granny pitching speed and would merely ricochet off the gristle plate in the chest area? |

Apparently I didn't get the memo, and I don't care either.. I carry a Colt Cobra for my CCW. |

Yep, would never kill an attacker. Humans have evolved a thick gristle plate to protect from guns like that over the last 100 years. Quoted:

Prepare for MIM and other cost cutting... They will likely work fine, but the artistry will be gone. Quoted:

Classic beauty. I've heard from a friend in the industry that Colt will be bringing back their line of revolvers. Go on... Prepare for MIM and other cost cutting... They will likely work fine, but the artistry will be gone. And they will be made in the Philippines or some foreign country like every other thing colt makes nowadays. |

Hells yeah! I just traded into a Colt 1970's vintage Trooper MkiII blued 4" .357mag. GotDayuum! Had it at the range today. Fun times. The trooper now alleviates much use of the Python by my wife shooting it. These old Colt wheel guns are slick and fun. Hold their value really well also. |

What does Colt make "overseas" other then the rebranded .22 low end guns? |

Those two things kept Colt going far longer than most would care to admit. Quoted:

The two things Colt did better than anyone else are triggers and that amazing deep-blue finish. Would hardly call that obsolete. Or ugly. Those two things kept Colt going far longer than most would care to admit. I've always wanted to try a classic Colt revolver trigger. Only ever handled S&W, and while the continuous pull is great when done well, I'm told Colts lend themselves more to "staging"...which is something I sorta do already |
