I think I had an idea. [thinking] Trial lawyers with the help of anti gunners are attempting to eliminate guns by way of lawsuits in hyperliberal states like kalifornistan. Would it be possible to take HCI to court (for whatever various BS reason) in a state like Montana or Wyoming? With its relatively few members I think they would go bankrupt fairly quick if faced with a bunch of high priced lawsuits. Possible? And if so, who's on it? |
| You have to have a REASON to sue people (beyond giving them the kick in the you know what's that they deserve) get caught suing people just to bankrupt them with the attorney's fees and you, or your lawyer, could theoretically be fined or be in other kinds of trouble. I honestly don't have any great ideas as to what to sue them for that would really give them any significant trouble. |

You could sue them for unlawful endangerment or something for disrupting your right to defend yourself. Or public endangerment. That's not any further of a reach than suing Colt cause some deviant used a stolen colt rifle or handgun to commit a crime unlawfully. Wish I was a lawyer, I'd sign up for this...... |

[LOL] What "reason" did the guy in cali have to sue Ford, the smokers there sue Philip-Morris, the school district sue that firearms company. I think you should have to have a solid reason to sue somebody but none of these people did. They found out who had the money and then made up the "reasons" later. You are a lawer right? What "reasons" were in these cases. And have the plantiffs ever had a countersuit brought against them? I'm sure that we could find some reason to sue them. |

Start your own fake anti-gun non-profit group, then bargain with HCI about some co-planning/co-marketing/co-whatever project, then turn around and sue them silly for breaking the deal/contract. Come to think of it, you could sue them for breaking a deal that you never made in the first place and they'd have to spend money to prove that they never had a deal with you. |
